AF-130XT is a high-strength 100% acrylic elastomeric roof coating used as a protective coating or as a component of reinforced membrane systems, with higher elongation and tensile strength than the standard AF-130 and added resistance to foot traffic. Its data sheet lists, on a 20 mil film, 460% elongation at break and 670 psi tensile strength at 74 F (ASTM D2370), a 1/8 inch mandrel bend pass at -30 F (ASTM D522), and VOC under 100 g/L. It is applied at 1 to 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet per coat, two coats minimum, in white, aluminum gray and other colours, in 1 and 5 gallon pails and 55-gallon drums. Acrymax also publishes AF-130RXT, a recycled-content version of the same high-strength coating.
