AF-130FR is a 100% acrylic elastomeric roof coating formulated with alumina trihydrate fillers for fire-retardant properties, for use over existing asphalt roofs and modified bitumen membranes, with polyester reinforcement as a reinforced membrane over existing asphalt roofing, and over urethane foam. The product page names it a component of the FM approved fluid-applied reinforced roof recovery system ARS-1FR, and the data sheet states Factory Mutual approval when used according to the approved specification. Its data sheet lists 220% elongation at break and 300 psi tensile strength at 74 F on a 20 mil film (ASTM D2370) and VOC under 100 g/L. It comes in white, aluminum gray and tan in 1 and 5 gallon pails and 55-gallon drums.
