Roof Seal Premium is a self-crosslinking, white, water-based elastomeric roof coating with the Bioquell mildew and algae package, for low slope asphalt, cement tile, barrel tile, shingle and metal roofs. Its data sheet lists 45 percent solids by volume, 11.4 lb per gallon and 16 to 20 Kcps viscosity. Two coats at 80 sq ft per gallon per coat yield 20 dry mils, three coats are recommended on low slope roofs, and seams and fasteners on metal roofs are first sealed with Therm-X basecoat. It is sold in heat reflecting white in 1 and 5 gallon sizes.
