PBR is a structural exposed-fastener roof and wall panel with 1 1/4 in. ribs on 12 in. centers across a 36 in. coverage width, rated for slopes down to 1/2:12. It is made in 26 gauge steel as standard (22, 24 and 29 gauge optional), smooth or embossed, in Galvalume Plus, Signature 200 or 300, or a 26 gauge galvanized acrylic-coated version for agricultural and other moisture-exposed buildings. The data sheet lists UL 2218 Class 4, UL 580 Class 90, FM 4471, ASTM E1680 and ASTM E1646 air and water tests, Miami-Dade NOA # 23-1113.05 for roofs and Florida approvals FL # 42379.5 and 42382.12. The sheet's UL 790 row refers to a separate Class A fire rating data sheet; its UL 263 row ties Class A to a non-combustible substrate and gives Class C over a combustible one.
