Permit process note
All re-roofing projects need permits. The fee is 200 dollars for a complete re-roof and 100 dollars for a repair of up to one half of the roof; both permits are good for one year from issuance. Each structure on a property being re-roofed needs its own permit.
Inspection requirements
The Building Department performs inspections at intervals in the construction process to ensure compliance with structural and safety codes. Inspection requests can be made through the CloudPermit online portal with 24/7 self-serve access.

Park County has adopted the 2018 International Residential Code, 2018 International Building Code, 2018 International Mechanical Code, and 2018 International Fuel Gas Code, with local amendments.
