Jackson County Code Chapter 54 (as amended August 9, 2023) adopts the 2018 International Building Code, 2018 International Residential Code, 2018 International Mechanical Code, 2018 Uniform Plumbing Code, 2018 International Energy Conservation Code, 2018 International Fire Code, and 2018 International Existing Building Code, plus the 2017 National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), applicable to "the unincorporated area of Jackson County and on all Jackson County-owned real property."
