Registration details
  • license: All contractors performing work in Gilpin County must register with the Community Development Department before applying for permits or performing work. Non-state-regulated contractors (including roofers) must provide proof of an ICC exam passing score within the past three years or a valid license from another ICC jurisdiction in Colorado, plus liability insurance listing Gilpin County as certificate holder.
