  • license: Flower Mound's Registered Contractors page states that "an owner, contractor, or authorized agent must apply for the required building permits and must register as a contractor with the Town" for work including "constructing, enlarging, altering, repairing, moving, demolishing, or changing the occupancy of a building or structure." Registrations are applied for using the Town's application forms and expire one year from the application date; applicable registration fees are per the fee schedule/Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances.
