The Miscellaneous Building Permit Application Instructions state contractor licensing terms by trade: "Fence contractors must be licensed with the City of Del City," "Concrete contractors must be licensed and bonded with the City," and "Contractors engaging in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work must hold valid state and city licenses." The separate Plumbing/Electrical/Mechanical permit application states applicants "MUST HAVE A VALID CONTRACTOR LICENSE WITH THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA" and "MUST HAVE A VALID CONTRACTOR LICENSE WITH THE CITY OF DEL CITY," and that "THE CITY OF DEL CITY REQUIRES EVERYONE ON THE JOBSITE TO HAVE A VALID LICENSE WITH THE CITY OF DEL CITY."
