The City of Dacono has adopted the 2024 editions of the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Existing Building Code, International Property Maintenance Code, International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, International Energy Conservation Code, and International Fire Code, together with the 2023 National Electrical Code, per Ordinance 1002 (effective December 17, 2025) and Ordinance 1010 (March 23, 2026).
