The building permit authority for the Town of Breckenridge, Colorado. Reroof permits are required and may be applied for in person at 150 Ski Hill Road or through the town's CSS online portal. Registration details
  • license: To be listed as the contractor on a building permit, the contractor must have a Town of Breckenridge business license; the town does not license or regulate general contractors beyond that. Electrical and plumbing work must be performed by Colorado state-licensed electricians and plumbers, who must provide copies of their valid state contractor and master licenses in addition to the town business license.
