Reroofing may proceed without a county permit; however, if structural damage is discovered during the project, the Building Department must be contacted at 970-731-3877 before proceeding with any repairs. Permit applications and information packets are published on the department's website. Electrical and plumbing licensing is handled by the Colorado Electrical Board and the Colorado Examining Board of Plumbers.
