Its history page says it incorporated in 1996, ran its first panels in Ephrata, Pennsylvania in 1997 and later moved to Lebanon, Pennsylvania; it lists locations in Lebanon, Pennsylvania; Howe, Indiana; Orwell, Ohio and Bridgton, Maine. Its panel range includes the Everlast II and Everdrain exposed-fastener panels, PBR, the aluminum Twin Rib, and the Everloc and Everseam concealed-fastener panels.
